    Porn Star Domain

    Is it a bad idea to purchase a domain name that is the name of a porn actress?

    I'm thinking about buying a domain name that is the name of a lesser-known porn actress. All I wanted to do with it is promote a site that has some of her videos that I'm in the affiliate program for.

    Would I be looking at a possiible lawsuit if I made money off a domain that is her name and promoted her?

      Yes. You're not allowed to implicitly state an actor/actress's name; even with written permission, signed in blood and covered in feces, you'd probably lose in court.
