drive up atm's are very helpful when you have small children belted into a carseat and it's an extreme pain in the ass to pull them out and watch them while trying to use the atm.

I hate drive up ATMs... I just walk into the bank and hang out with the tellers.

I remember when ATMs were so new (here, anyway, in the mid 80s) that it was considered laughable to use them when the bank was open. :upsidedow
