I used one once, it was well over a thousand dollars but I couldnt afford to go without the data. I dont remember the name of it, but they did get everything back. After getting motherfucked for the fee, I decided to prevent this type of thing in the future. I now buy only Western Digital hard drives and I replace them every two years whether they need it or not. I have never had a problem like that since then.

A few weeks ago, while in Miami, my Mom's system crashed and I could not help her over the phone. I called the Geeks from "Best Buy" and contracted a 911 for $219. By the time they were done the bill was close to 1k. If she knew what I paid she would slap me upside the head.
