So, not saying I'm perfect or an angel, but whatever the verdict it doesn't matter now because all ends have been somewhat immature. The seller could have taken serious legal action for ruining or attempting to ruin a persons character, but it seems the seller does a good enough job on his own.

For those of you in this thread that expressed the opinion that you cannot get your money refunded to your credit card account, because a site has posted on it a no refund policy, are simply mistaken.

My money has been refunded to my account over the Dave Lewis matter (this product was script) and as I posted, at the same time the Dave Lewis matter was being investigated, I had another purchase being investigated.

The second investigation was for software that I purchased and I simply was not pleased with the product. I thought the software was programmed by an amateur. This site also had a no refund policy posted on his site. That investigation has been completed and the money has been returned to my credit card account.

Someone in another post had made the statement that if you do a chargeback you cannot ever use that credit card online again. This is also not a true statement.
