    epassporte what the fuck?

    [rant]
    i've been trying to get an epassporte account for four weeks.

    my first 20 page fax was lost by them, so i had to resend it.

    more delays, people not returning emails in a timely manner.

    then my sales guy tells me that we're good to go, he's just awaiting final approval. i get emaild a file called "wire.doc" which has a bunch of bank routing information. nothing else is said to me what that file was for.

    i send several emails to the sales guy and a gal in toronto. she sends me the same "wire.doc". again with no explanation as to what it's for.

    i ask "what action do i need to take to finalize this process". linda, in toronto tells me that i have to wire them $100 to setup the account. this is the first time i'm hearing of having to wire them the setup fee. i have no problem wiring them the money, but did it have to take three weeks for them to tell me what steps would be next.

    so i go to bank of america here in north hollywood and ask them to wire the $100 to the account from the "wire.doc"

    after waiting a week from my bank, i call them to ask "did the wire go through successfully?" they reply today with "no, the swift code for the bank on the document was incorrect"

    what the fuck people?

    i feel confident to say that i would never refer anyone to espassporte

              linda just sent me the same wire info and the routing info is the same. is bank of america fucking with me? they say they can't send it, that the swiftcode for epassporte's bank is incorrect.

                I had some problems opening up my ePassporte account because BofA wouldn't let me fund the account....they kept declining the charge. They thought it was fraudulent activity. I had to make 2 visits to my bank before they finally got the message that it wasn't fraudulent activity and I was actually trying to send ePass some money to fund the account. It wouldn't surprise me if BofA if fucking you around as they did me? Good luck man........

                  On another note, the wire information we sent you is correct. We have over thousands of business account holders who send wires to us daily with the same information. I would be happy to speak to your rep at the bank if that helps.
