Paranoia, A Glitch, or ?

Things to keep in mind:

This site contains a key word in their site's name, but there is no possible trademark issue and nothing shady going on, well on my end anyway.
Ratio before conversation: Better than 1:200 for more than a year. Worst period, MAYBE 1:400.
Ratio after conversation: 0:3000+ NO SALES. Rebills seem to have disappeared as well.

Me: Exactly the reason I'm not looking to sell, and since I spend at most 5-10 minutes a day on it, it is easy money.
XXXXXX: How much traffic is it getting and from where?
Me: 7-8k about 1/3 of it is bookarkers & SE, about 2/3 of it trades
XXXXXX: That is a lot of unstable traffic, Would you take 500.00 for it?
Me: Umm, no. I make about that in a month from it. More if you factor in the rebills.
XXXXXX: 750.00
Me: lol, no.
XXXXXX: What would you take for it?
Me: Again, I really wasn't planning on selling it, but I may entertain an offer above 2k.
XXXXXX: We won't go that high
Me: Then I guess I'm not selling
