Best motivation for me is to outline a task check list onto a whiteboard and map your day.

Seeing everything in perspective releases creative energy because you have clear tasks and goals defined at hand for the day.

My mom had spinal surgery when I was 16 and she was in bed for a month. I used to joke about it being time to feed and water mom.
