Beer - most beer in Oz is great. I concur with the Fosters beer comment and it was a plan to sell a crap beer to the Poms and Yanks.

Fair dinkum mate - means a range of things, but generally means 'is that right' or 'is that true'.

Koalas are violent fokers (just watch them at the zoo trying to get removed/collected from a tree) it's on for young and old. They also look smashed all the time due to their diet of only eucalyptus leaves.

As a nation were pritty layed back which is prolly the reason everyone likes us the world over. Only 2 things that piss us off and that's running out of beer and messing with our pay cheques. :)
