What webmasters related softwares can run on a USB drive key?

What softwares can run just from an USB drive key? I'd like to be able to use the software directly from the key without having to install the soft into a third party computer.

I'm looking for auto/semi submitter, html editor, ftp, thumbs makers and any other softwares that we use as webmasters.

a good way to test what will and what won't is to install a program and then move it to a new location on the drive and try and run it

or you can copy the program directory and then uninstall the program from add/remove....then paste the program back on your desktop and try and double click the program exe...if it runs correctly, you can run it off a mini drive

Installing and removing stuff on other computers is not my thang, assuming I'm even authorized to do that.

um...do you not have a computer of your own?

do you not own your own computer or something?...

do all this on your computer, then if it works, dump the program folder onto your mini-disk and take it to the other computer and run it... ;)

I'm taking it to the next level and no longer want to carry a notebook with me considering there are computers available everywhere I go.

id go back to the pawn shop and get your laptop back, so you can test software with your thumb drive, then pawn it again.

there are a lot more than that dude

like I said, install programs and copy the program folder to your thumbdrive, then try and run it...it is a trial and error process, but you will find a ton more that will be able to do it

Dude, you don't know what you're missing. The main advantage of them applications is not leaving your personal information behind when you unplug your keychain....
