The damn blog spammers have gotten as bad as the e-mail spammers. I have almost as many spam posts requesting to be moderated in my inbox now as what I have regular spam.

I guess since I don't have many actual users using the comments part of my blogs, I will have to turn off the comments. Don't think it will be a big deal, but sure will keep me from having to mark all this crap as spam on my blogs.

I'm surprised these bastards haven't loaded up on all my blogs yet.

And speaking of, I recieved email from a domain (forwarded to my regular mailbox) that I have that I haven't had enough time to do anything with. And I thought I would get an offer on that domain before I got spam from it.

Turn off comments, for a start.
Or, in WordPress, you can set the options to email you whenever someone posts a comment. Then it's one click from your email to delete the comment.

I've had a damn Rolex spammer repeatedly comment on my site. I've deleted every one within 24 hours and he's finally given up.

Want to know the funniest part of it? My lez blog has been getting tons of links from some asshole throwing up shit like newspapers(RogerEbertMovieReviewsWhatDoesTheFatFuc kerKnow.com & nytimes.com), TV (cnn.com), and movie sites. All stupid shit. My anal blog started getting casino and online drug company spam (which I can see someone making money from).

Comments belong to blogs. Just install a captcha plugin, or a spam database link...or just moderate. I know it takes time....but that is just part of blogging!!
