I just looked for Lensman's last few posts, and there were none in the guba threads.

Post counts are higher than ever.. so ask yourself

1. Did Lensman know we'd hate this
2. Did Guba know we'd hate this
3. If we actually do hate this, why are we still here

I'd like to say more, but I do like coming here now and then.. :-)

you forgot 'do they care?'

I'm not advocating P2P copyright infringement, but duplicating and reselling copyrighted material is a whole different ball game, don't you think?

Is that how you look at it? You'd think making it available for free would dilute it worse than charging for it. :upsidedow

what about Google Image Index? Ever thought about that for a second?
by no means do I support GUBA or any copyright infringement practises.

No they lost in this court......it will get thrown out in the next. They only have
to explain how any idiot can prevent sites/elements getting indexed by Robots.

try breaking into someones house stealing their shit then explain to a judge that "any idiot" could have simply "bought a burglar alarm"

I dont think your going to get very far with that argument..

Theft has nothing to do with the victims ability to secure his/her property.
