Warning pages - are sites that don't have them located outside of the US?

No doubt warning pages are bad for business, but it seems that 99% of the TGPs / free site directories out there don't have them.

Are they all located outside the US? Does the law simply have no teeth?

You honestly think that any government in the world has the time, budget, manpower, court rooms, jail space and desire to take on prosecuting 10 Million fucking TGP sites for warning pages with all the other shit they have to deal with right now.

My God, the questions that get asked on GFY are fucking mind numbing.

Certainly not. However, if I were in their place - I'd just go after the 20 most popular TGPs.

If I ran an average 100K TGP I know I don't have anything to worry about. I'm worried about protecting myself and my invesetment in the event that it becomes very successful.

I would think it would not hurt business but curious of real results.
surfers are so used to seeing by now I down one click is going to deter them.

What law exactly? If a minor wants to sue you for seeing your site, he could win, no matter if you have a warning page or not.
