There is only one way to make sure that the images you are buying are legal. Insist on a copy of the IDs and model release. Is the model over age, did she agree to the shoot, does she know it iis to be sold onto the net, are the IDs legal? Does the broker/seller have the right to sell the images? He may be giving you something he does not have. We recently rejected two photographers work, which are all over the net. On the basis that the documents were not good enough. |
