                                          Everybody laughs at domain values. Look at the top 20 publicly reported sales so far this year. There are certainly some on there, nobody would guess would go for the prices they sold for.

                                                  I'm even amazed on some of these sales this year. But it's all about catching the right buyer at the right time who wants to own the Internet property you've got.

                                                  Rick's mantra is he won't even sell any domain for less than $100K. He puts that much value on each one and takes the perspective you want a great property address (i.e. location location location) to do Net business on, you pay top dollar. And I'm seeing that reality being more and more realistic in terms of what people will pay for keyword domains.

                                                  How much do people pay to own prime properties in the bricks and mortar world? A fortune compared to domains. And B&M is going downhill while virtual land is skyrocketing.
