Someone hit my car and all I have is the license plate number. I used to know of a site that would let you look someones name/address up by the number.... anyone got any links?

why not try the Department of Motor Vehicles? i believe they have a the archives of all plate numbers.

walk around and let cars hit you..read the imprint of the plate number off your body in a mirror until you find the right number...then follow the car in the ambulance...
