    You wont answer ICQ so, Design Erotica, im calling you out

    You need to finish the job you have started, I waited 3 weeks now to recieve a fully working TGP and you only did the job 50% even though I paid 100% upfront.

    I was also promised free banners because of the long wait but I am yet to recieve any of them.

              ICQ has been acting up a lot lately... I've had a lot of clients not receive my messages, especially those using either Trillian or Miranda, or any other 3rd party ICQ clients. You might wanna try e-mail.

                                                                  to be fair, there have been alot of reported problems with ICQ the past 2 weeks, most people needed to apply a patch to recieve and send messages properly.

                                                                              50% up front .... fair for both partys.

                                                                              34% up front, 33% at 50 percent compleation and 33% once you get the keys to your product is the best solution I have found.

                                                                              Word of advice, get a phone number when you are dealing business and good luck with your project.

                                                                                      Ok Kandah, this isn't the first time we've talked about this. But you don't seem to understand what I am saying.

                                                                                      You paid For a custom template for your site, a traffic trading script, and a tgp script.

                                                                                      Each of these things are uploaded to your server. I have installed the very same scripts on over 40 domain names and yours is the only one that doesn't work.

                                                                                      I told you I would put in a support ticket to the creator of the script, so that together, he and I may try and troubleshoot your problem. You have refused numerous times to give us the login information to your server, so we are unable to do any troubleshooting, other than looking at your front end and trying to make educated guesses.

                                                                                      With all do respect, you got what you paid for. We are a design company, not a technical support team for your server. I suggest you contact the technical support team for your server, and have them take a look at it. Without detailed information for your server, we can not try and troubleshoot the problem.

                                                                                      We have been having some problems with our ICQ, and have been conducting most correspondence with clients via email and yahoo messenger. You haven't made one attempt to contact me via email, nor have you sent us a message via email. If you go to our site, we also have an 800 number where you can contact us directly.

                                                                                      I understand your concern, but as I stated earlier, without detailed information about your server, we are limited to the amount of troubleshooting we can do.

                                                                                      "Calling us out" on a public forum without making any attempt to try and rectify the problem with us directly is very unprofessional in my opnion, but if it's what you felt you needed to do.

                                                                                      I'm sure anyone on this board can agree with me that if a publicly known & available script that works on thousands of servers without a problem doesn't work on one server, it's more likely that the server is the one causing the problem, rather than the company that created the design for it.

They are at the root of most customer service problems. I ran a script site that catered to adult webmasters for quite a while. I had countless problems with idiotic, impatient asshole customers due to instant messengers and the customers inability to remember how do use any other method of contact. I switched to http://www.phplivesupport.com and http://www.perldesk.com. That pretty much solved my problems with guys like this.

So as far as the banners go, email me the sites you want them for. I can't make a banner without a site to make it for ;)

                                                                                                                                                                  We offered the banners free because we got delayed making the TGP sites do to a power failure in El Paso (damn wind storms) to satisfy our customers, we offered freee banners ads to anyone ordering the TGP sites that didn't recieve it within 24 hours.

                                                                                                                                                                  We are a fairly new company, and are trying to make a good reputation among the adult industry. Feeling that we are fighting an uphill battle, we are trying to do everything possible to satisfy our customers, even to the extent of biting the bullet. We actually have not recieved one penny of the $49 TGP special we ran, because PayPal locked our account saying "we violated the TOS" and has chosen to keep our money.

                                                                                                                                                                      The issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED. I just talked to the script creator and he said Design erotica didnt configure correctly. Design erotica, for fucks sake stop sending me from place to place to have this fixed like you have in the past week. Obviously (according to script creator) it was your fault that it didnt work and now I have waited for 2 fucking months or so to get a fully functional TGP up and running.

So design erotica, why didnt you just ask the creator what was wrong and correct it instead of accusing me of not handing out this and that and sending me to talk to the creator?

We just handle the design and installation of it. If you look at the terms of service on our website, we specifically state that we only provide LIMITED tech support.

                                                                                                                                                                                          We work closely with the creators of the scripts we use/install and often send clients to them for tech support. We did nothing out of the norm of our terms.
