Yes thats how cold it is here in Winnipeg right now. I am freezing my ass off even with the heat cranked. Be glad you live where it is warm

This is a yearly thing, we always get a week or 2 or 3 of this type of cold.
thing about this year is we have had the warmest winter on record with a mean temp of only -7C at a time (dec/jan) when it is usually -30C to -40C So there has been no time to get used to the bone numbing cold. Next is probably a huge dump of snow,and winter is supposed to be over in 6 weeks or less
