Kitchen gadgets which ones can you not live with out?

Having a child I always use my ..........
Apple Wedger

I am not sure what this is called but it makes little peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that kids love.

Gotta love the George Forman Grill as well!!

I can wedge apples fast enough to not need a wedger.
Do not have kids so I do not need some device that makes a sandwhich into a circle by removing bread and fillings. Hell that is wasting actually and my parents would of about killed me if I did that as a kid.

My kitchen (I do all the cooking) is sort of my baby. However the only gadget I think I even own is a belgium waffle maker.

So if I must pick anything to not live without. It would be my 9 inch knife, my saute pan, and my tongs. Oh and the fire extinguisher. Never had to use it yet but I still would not want to be without it.

I would be lost without my huge, wooden cutting board.

I have a new favorite that I love so much I gave them to members of my family. It's called a Bar Cutting Board. It's a mini cutting board that bartenders use to cut their lemons on. I use it to chop when I don't need to get out the big cutting board. I make more things now, I hate getting out the big cutting board. I got it for 5 bucks at Target and I use it more than everything else.

And my Starbucks Barista esspresso machine.

I have like 4 small plastic ridged cutting boards, 2 thin folding plastic ones, 1 large plastic ridged one, and one large wood one.

Gotta be my refrigerator. Can't live without it. And the bastard is always full of beer and sausage. And my cooking knife, as I cook myself it does help me.

Yeah that is an awesome invention but a huge waste. I will cut the crust off for my kids but still make them eat it. LOL. They seem to be fine with that as long as the are cut away from the sandwich. Strange.

I would say I can't live without my microwave, peeler, coffee maker, and a very big bitchen knife which I use in cutting and slicing everything, even items as small as strawberries.

My kick-ass knife.
..and my moccamaster coffeemaker.

That's about it. I very rarely use blenders or whatnot and I haven't had a microwave in 3 years.
