Windows Vista to have parental controls?

Can someone beta testing Vista dewcribe how the parental control filter works - is it by keywords and blocked sites, or does the program integrate in any way with ICRA, SafeSurf, Digimarc, etc., or both? If Windows and Apple put efective controls into the OS, then most of the complaints about children finding pornography on the web, and the need to increase the regulation of the Internet, would be moot. The use of parental controls seems a much better alternative than the bills being introduced in Congress on the issue.

Parental Controls (IWindowsParentalControls) in Windows Vista allow parents to set application usage policies for different user accounts. Applications should use these APIs to determine what restrictions parents have requested on overall usage and Web content, and log any related events that parents may wish to audit.

Windows Vista also makes it easy for parents to designate which games their children may play. Parents may choose to allow or restrict specific game titles, limit their children's play to games that are rated at or below a certain age level, or block any games with certain types of content they do not want their children to see or hear.

Finally, Windows Vista provides parents with a detailed activity report that shows exactly what their children have been doing on the computer, including the games they have played, the websites they visited, and the applications they have used.

I read the info on their site, but it largely dealt with using video game ratings to block access to games. Will it be able to use site content ratings, such as ICRA, to block access to web sites as well?
