I am looking for a good programmer with content management database systems, experience with nats would be a plus.

Also need a graphics designer with flash skills.

Experience in the biz is another plus. Office is in the Encino area.

We are in the Chatsworth area. We put out some ads in some of the local papers and on craigslist but unfortunately were getting more outsourced emails than local candidates.
