I can't talk about dream submitter a lot, since I've been using it for only 2 weeks now, but I can talk about chameleon for sure, because I had used it for a long time...
A year back, when CS was still "fresh" toy for gallery submitters, I decided to give it a try.... And it was so damn good.... I was making galleries, submitting them with CS and making nice money! That was pretty nice investment. 20$ per month had made me 20-30 times more ;) And I was very very happy....
One day, after some submitting pause (2-3 months), I decided to start with gals submitting again...and of course I got my favorite tool back. Paid for few months, and started doing submissions...
I didn't make so many galleries....one per day would be enough for me... Suddenly I started receiving almost half the traffic I used to few months back. I was wondering what was the problem....and never found out....probably crappy sites with 10 hits per day, or something.
Then I started the search for partner accounts. And yes I did well....got many partner accounts on very very quality and big tgps around, which had been bringing me more traffic than the whole auto/manual submitting with chameleon did. Then I build my own database for hand submitting. I have had a database of about 30ish very quality sites.
Then, after some unsatisfication with chameleon I decided to give it a try to DS.... Wow! I was amazed what functions it has. It was very hard to catch up with everything...buy by time it's going well. It defintiely has better functions than CS. I admit that CS is a way too simplier for standard submitter to catch up with the things and DS is a little bit confused.
After 2 weeks of using ds, I am pretty satisfied, because of that it's very very customizabled. I even added my hand submission databases (with the best tgps) there, and everything's working smooth... Another good thing about it, is the speed of auto submissions....it is very fast....and can even process more than 10 threads (sites) at the same time (as you know with cs you can submit only on 10 sites at the same time, speaking about auto submissions).
All in all, I like DS, and I would suggest you going for it if you have some submitter's experience... Otherwise stick up with CS ;)
My 2-3 cents :)
