Playboy Sees Huge Gain in Online Revenue

The legendary adult company saw an explosion of new online subscriptions in the last quarter. Playboy reported nearly $9.1 million in revenue for online adult for the fourth quarter of 2005, compared to $6.1 from the same period in the previous year.

Once again, dumb ass, don't you realize they just spent between $8 Million and $12 million upfront (depending on whose reports you believe) to purchase Lensman's business? Do you think that expenditure will go into the "profit" column?

The list of PB Aquisitions this past year was legendary to say the least. Go back and do a search and you will see that in 2005 the purchases made were big. Posting a loss when you can see future gains only makes smart business sense. If you don't think Playboy has their eyes wide open WE do.

Give it a few months. We will open yours too!

Wow having a loss of $700k is a great year for them if you understand the financials they had a much better year then when they made 10mil.
