I didn't say there is no money. Here is what I said and I would say the same thing to anyone:

              1. Distributors are very slow to pay - 90 to 120 days recievables is not uncommon.

              2. There is such a glut in the market that most companies do well under 1000 pieces during a new release.

              3. Margins are slim since there is a glut of inventory and everyone tries to "whore" out their product.

              4. There is no "scantron" or similar third party system for tracking sales so you have to trust whatever a distributor tells you that they are moving out the door. Inevitably - every producer thinks his title should be selling 1,000,000 copies and gets disappointed when he is not.

              5. You have to have a tight rein on your niche or you get lost in the sea of product... this is where Ray Guhn excels btw...

              6. Any new title requires a pretty steep promotional budget to establish it in that side of the market which is why there are so many fly by night video companies.

              Tony404 - am I missing anything?

I would appreciate if you are going to quote me then you get the quote right. I said there is no money in the video side UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

I know of half a dozen companies that are already out of the game from last year.

And the real money high margin money is still on the internet side of things.

Im sorry I didnt quote you wrong thats what you said and I resent you implying Im making shit up. You told me the margins are very slim and payments are a problem and its very hard to make money. You said nothing positive at all. also you never said the thing about the niche because if you did I would explained to you what Im doing now is a whole new niche noone else is doing. I came to you first because I have great respect for you and you disappointed me but after talking to a few I found that seems to be the common pitch newbie pitch on the video side. lol

SO back to topic at hand what do you think you'd get wholesale for COHF?
What kind of cut are you looking for?
Do you know all the zip's you can't ship to?
How many contacts (retailers/wholesalers) do you have?

                            Should be good
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.
