SEO and the TGP

All,

Has anyone any experience of SE traffic coming to a standard TGP site.

In particular i'd like to know or get advice on getting a TGP indexed which is brand new but has - for example - around 400 outbound links on the index.html page.

MSN has crawled my new TGP - however domains created after the TGP have now been indexed whereas the TGP has not.

I was wondering whether the SEs dont index them - possibly due to outbound link quantities.

My main concerns are with MSN and Yahoo - I dont have any interest or care what fuckwits google do - just MSN and Yahoo.

Im quite pleased with this TGP stuff todate - its been enjoyable work looking at tit and arse for one hour per day sofar

If it's a thumb TGP only you will have a hell of a time getting it ranked very high for any good terms. Seems only thumb sites that have been around a long time get good listings for good keywords.

However text is much easier to get listings with, as that's what the SE's are after. For thumb sites add good top lists with keyword rich descriptions and instead of using fancy graphics for each gallery section use text descriptions.

Something like "The best MILF galleries from the past week" or what ever.. For a thumb site, that's one of the only places you have to get your keywords in. Take advantage of it instead of putting a fancy graphic there, use text. Also get some Big text under your header graphics.

You can also always add "alt image" tags but from my experience that will only help with images.google, images.yahoo and so on, but not the real thing. It's still better than nothing but not the same quality traffic.

Also for a new site don't worry so much about the top keywords try to get more obscure stuff. Like you probably wouldn't get "MILF" but maybe you could get Hot Free MILF Galleries" then maybe later you would get "MILF Galleries" and so on. If you target your other site text right, you could eventually start picking up listings like "MILF Videos" or "MILF Porn" and so on.

I use http://inventory.overture.com/d/sear...ry/suggestion/ to pick out keywords for what ever niche I'm working on.

Ok - that all sounds ok - this one is a text tgp, so I was thickening up on the title tag with more words in that tag spread throughout the descriptions of the galleries.

Maybe it just needs a few more IBLs to get it spidered properly and indexed.

Google has it - and gives it rankings for stupid irrelevant words as one has come to expect from that bunch of fuckwits these days.

Ok on we go.

and make sure to put on the frame busting javascript at the top of your page to help pull those image hits onto your site

Got to agree with you MrChips on google. Lately I'm using yahoo and altavista to get what I need. Those are getting me way better results than google does. It all started going wrong with google about 1.5 years back. I searched for something and the toplistings pointed me to ebay auctions. That engine with their stupid pr crap is messed up. Perhaps if their shares hit bottom they will realise this and bring things back as they were. Google was the best 2 years ago but today they suck. = Unfortunatly it will take 3 years from now untill the average surfer is realising this.

Heh heh, this is true. Not saying it's a terrible thing to do but your time would be better spent trying to SEO a blog or something. You'll make more money.

If you are waiting for the kind of SE hits that's gonna make you money on that TGP you will be waiting for quite some time.

If you are looking to make some money on a TGP then you need to master traffic trading. After a while the SE hits will come but still the meat of the traffic is from trading.

while i was working on my first tgp i jumped into the blog game.. so i never finished it. Planning to finish it tho. Id figure if you just get alot of good backlinks for one or more keywords youll start receiving some SE traffic.

It's good to build a network of differant kinds of sites.

my tgp is a pr5 and is linked to several other sites.

It's gets between 400-600 uniques a day from type in and SEO. Not one traffic trade on there.
