I asked around cause the sexysisters guy ripped him off for content and someone else too. A friend I know posted on a spanish board and this Alfonsa aka SexySisters guy replied. In spanish obviously.

Deathtreads, legal bla bla and not only to me but to everyone who helped me out as well. And come to think of it, wasnt even for me, just helping a friend.

update: on his local uruguay board this guys totally dissed. Everyone says refund or produce and hand over content+2257. Alfonso claimed he was on a holiday for a month (but still posted on the board meanwhile), 2 guys who thought he was total bs as well got a reply from his 'lawyer' - a one page flash animation site with an email to contact the 'lawyer'
