It's been 6 years at home for me. My head is going to explode. I cant take it anymore. I'm thinking of getting a part time job just to get out of the house. I dont know what the fuck is going on but lately Im just not motivated to do ANYTHING.

Other than sports (Im not the active one), what do you guys do? I havent even opened the front door in 48 hours, its sickening.

I'm usually working from 7am-1am every day, with the exception of eating, so when I get really stir crazy I just go for a long drive. No destination, nothing. Just some good tunes

I've found that it's better to take a break then to work through the stress.

Well, I do have friends, but its usually around the weekends that we get together. My main problem is during the day. I cant sit at home anymore. All my friends work so no one is around till after 6. Even then, most are married or whatever. Clubs are OK but Im drained, I did that for 3 years straight enjoying not having to wake up early. Im burned out on that.

A drive is always good for me. But its almost instant that I get depressed when I walk in the door. Last week I went across the street and stayed at a hotel, just to change the atmosphere. It worked, I felt great, but I cant do that often.
