Important question about The Larry Sanders Show

am I the only one in the world who likes this show, or am I part of a silent minority of great comedy lovers?

I have the entire collection on VHS in the attic. I used to work in the Media Relations department at HBO, so it was easy to collect them all

I completely related to the kind of Jewish nebbish character he portrayed, because that is how I perceived myself... more

It was a great show but it was sort of a little too high brow for most people, who were not able to draw the line between reality and the show that was portrayed here. People really didn't get it.

I have noticed that many "on the inside" shows seem to just miss the mark ever so slightly. There was a canadian show with Rick Mercer called "Made in Canada". Crossed all the lines frm stupid to funny, subtle to overdone, nasty to sexy... but hard shit for some people to figure out.
