How to setup different independent user accounts on Windows XP?

Time to time there is a situation when my computer could by someone else. Currently, I have set password and none can access it, but it would be great to setup a public user account which would be completely independent from the data of my private account.

Basically, I want to create an account which would let users install/run a few programs from a specific folder, browse internet and play games. No posibility to view any content of my account. Is that possible? Thanks! |
