Apparently the 2007 Tour De France is going by my house
They are taking it to London in 2007 and I saw the route for the second day in London earlier today. It goes right in front of my house. Pretty cool...I might have a party on my balcony to watch.

yeah..aparently every couple years it starts off somewhere other than France. I vaugely remember it starting in Ireland a while back.

sure are...i'm on the edge of where London becomes kent. They are doing Woolwich to Erith which is the leg they will pass me on and then from Eirth to Dartford.

zoom in Big highlight around my place is the Mardi Gras parade that passes by. It runs along the street that intersects mine. I can watch it from the yard but I usually walk down to the corner and join the crowd or meet up with family/friends at other points on the parade route. |
