As the site actually says. It would require the "roof top" or other location to have utility lines ran or available.

Looks like a box thrown together by a bunch of guys who have never done anything like this before.
I realize it's a new concept, but I'm not sure I'd want to be the guy that finds out these cubes don't hold up in gale force winds or that the roof leaks ever time it rains. At least the rock floor wil dry quickly.
