Blog experts, can I edit the posts date? say in wordpress - GoFuckYourself.com

I have a website with about 20 or so posts, but I didn't use any blog software, so I want to basically 'transfer' the posts to wordpress but I don't want all the posts to appear that they have been made today.

Is this possible, can I 'mke' all the 20 posts now and edit the dates so the first post appears to be made say on the 1st of November 2005, the second on the 15th of December 2005 and so on???

yup check the timestamp and set the date.

in the admin, go to manage, choose posts, click the post you want to change; scroll down to Edit time: enter date & time, etc

I've only used Cute News so far, but I couldn't find an option to edit the date/time of the posts there, so I guess I'll have to use wordpress for this site
