ICQ could use quite a few improvements...
As a tool used 100% of the time, its pretty easy to find room for improvements for it...
makes you wonder what AOL are up to, since new versions add nothing but clutter and stupid features (don't even get me started on that x-tras shit) /end rant |

ICQ has come a long way over the years, but like any other program I agree could always use improvement!!

been using icq since 98a , i think it was , back then i thought it was good , then as the years went by and more crap was added , i switched to 3rd party like miranda , none of that extra crap , just a straight up no frills chat client
