you can get it for about 250-275$ US with no plan and no contract. It comes unlocked.

nice phone. I wouldnt get one though, screens scratch pretty bad on non-flip phones.

I got the v3 and just the little screen on the outside scratches up.

Nice phone but the big push behind it is that is ITunes equipped with huge onboard memory. The unlocked European version will most likely not have the iTunes feature.
