    Who does kick ass flash and normal banners for really low rates?

    I am going to need a ton of new banners in a week or so, and was wondering who does kickass work on banners?

    i am on a pretty strict budget, but I will pay for quality

    i will probably need 15-20 total....5 flash, 10 animated and 5 static

              not true at all...there are some kickass designers out there that don't charge much...plus, no one is even asking what my budget is or anything...LOL

              yes, I am on a budget and want a bulk rate, but, again, no one even asked what my budget was

              oh well, guess I will go on board that people want business on
