I'd say try to earn more, either with gallery submitting, or with something else if you can invest some money for stuff and a new learning curve

I've been submitting galleries for 10 years and I'm not from Ukraine

I do admit its not as easy as it used to be, and not to mention boring as hell! BUT you can still make a living doing it.
