This is an opportunity for some designer out there....we are looking for someone to help with a few issues and the possibility of long term employment depending on how well we get along.....check egos at the door as this is an opportunity for fast advancement...i do not need any artistic primadonnas...

If you are looking for some steady workload and are not "backed up" post your credentials in this thread.....

Some might say - if I didn't have ego...I wouldn't be where I am today.

But I've always considered there's a difference between ego and prima donna. Generally, having an ego is part of being self-confident and self-aware of your own abilities.

Prima donna's are tempermental and conceited and too full of themselves.

You can be ego-driven without being an obnoxious prima donna.

Sounds like a good offer...but my plate's too full these days as it is.
