Maybe you should work something out like some webmasters did with pass boards, and use imagecash to promote your sites. i don't think that this will get you too many new members but at least it would be more productive that what you are doing right now.

He is right. I think we should share content with these sites. They aren't buying no matter what, but they'll help spread the word of your great site(to paying visitors, their friends). Bandwith is cheap today... sharing with them is worth it.
