Costa Rica webmasters - Oscar Arias now President
In case ya may never entered "real world" today - Oscar Arias won the Presidential elections today (that was without any Florida-style recounts
 )Nice to see a qualified person with a decent track record - and a Nobel Peace Prize to back it up.  Oscar has got to be one of the most genuine people walking this planet and without any bullshit. The Costa Rica govt changed the Constitution to permit him to run for office a second term.

AM Costa Rica says as of an hour ago Arias was leading by .02% and both parties want a recount... Tele Tica is playing cartoons, I dunno where else to get the news
