Sure, www.discmakers.com does it quickly online, just upload the file and art and presto. They are the biggest online.

You can also have it done at any local recording studio or post production house usually the same day. I don't know where you are but I suggest you check the classifieds of any of the free weekly newspapers across the country to find dozens of places that will do it for you.

Just a word of caution though, it will be cheaper if you do it locally. No more than $1 a disc with the case and black printing. If you want to add inserts (cover title etc) then that will add considerable time to the order. Stick to printing all of that on the disc.
