Im having a fucking shitty day thanx to the POLICE and the IRS

so i go to my accountant to get my taxes done....i find out i owe money for the first time ever(college student currently) it bums the hell out of me, but oh well....gotta pay the piper sometimes...but to add insult to injury, the fucking accountant overcharged me for filing the taxes

so then im driving from the accountants place to my friends house, and i got a dime of weed in my car....when i pass a cop car going by me....its raining too, and i was thiunking about the taxes, and wasent thinking about anything else...

as soon as the cop car passes me, i notice him in my rear view mirror, and then boom, he flips a bitch......so im thinking oh shit, i was prolly speeding.

so this cop comes over to my window, and hes got what seems to be a trainee with him, ands the trainee has his hands on his gun holster, standing by the passenger side window. so im a nervous wreck by this time, with the weed in the car.

the cop asks me the usual registration and blah blah...tells me i was doing 39 in a 25...and blah blah...and then the 2 go back to their car. then, 2 minutes later, the trainee comes over to my window, and sais " could you step out of the vehicle for me and follow me"

im thinking oh my fucking god, im being arrested...but i dont know what for....then he tells me to take a seat in the patrol car. so i get in there(the front passenger seat)
the officer sais "im gonna issue a speeding citation, but before i do that, im gonna have to ask you some questions"

so now im convinced im going to jail.....i mean what kind of questions is this cop gonna ask me? it turns out, he wanted my address and date of birth and shit like that, and he didnt wanna stand in the rain and ask the questions, so thats why he told me to sit in the patrol car.

anyways, i took the ticket and left.....scary fucking day....but i finally got to sit in a patrol car, which was decent

now, gonna go smoke some grass and put this shitty day behinde me.

I remember once when I was younger I had bought this stolen bicycle of a friend and it was missing everything and then out of the blue these cops turns up and ask me to get of the cycle but just tells me to walk home and get it fixed, phew!!
shit i almost pissed myself there cos if they had looked at the regristration code of the cycle they would have seen something was wrong and bam
i would have been in shit!

ive gotten worse, they had me sit back there and searched my car. their probabal cause was that i was a teenager out driving at 3 in the morning. they found my fifth in my trunk and made me dump it out on the ground and let me go.

A long time ago in a city far far away...

I was cruising around in my 68 camaro ss with a buddy when we see his sister heading down a side street, we decide we want to catch up to her to see if she'll buy us some beer... I make a right hand turn out of the left hand lane and BAM, I'm pulled over... the scary part is that I had 1/4 lb of shrooms in a box sitting right out in the open on the back seat... talk about shitting bricks!! The cops didn't notice, gave me my ticket and away they went... that was a lucky night.

Could be worst they could have searched the car and found the herb. And cops have to have probable cause, which is probable cause in their eyes not yours. "He looked intoxicated and I saw him hiding something" is great for cause.

That probable cause thing is total bullshit. They have to ask you for consent to search the vehicle. If you say no, bam, probable cause, if you say yes... they search it and you're still fucked.

Just got 344$ in court (had court today actually) fines for 2.4grams of weed in my car. Fun.

when I drive with weed, I roll my weed sack tightly in a piece of paper towl, and inlay it into the crack of my ass. That's a SUREFIRE place where they won't find it unless you get arrested and they strip search you.

If you don't want to do that, ALWAYS at least keep it in your shoe.

That ain't probable cause, it's illegal profiling. Which they knew. Which is also why they didn't cite you for minor in possession of alcohol. Typical cop "I'm in charge here" bullshit doin' illegal stuff to teenagers they knew didn't have any way to stop 'em.

I've had my share of scary cop moments. I was on my way back to the liqour store, right down the street from where I was living. I had my brother, and his girlfriend with me. They were both 19, and very drunk. The copper got me pulling out, my little brother couldn't keep straight, when he tried to pull the registration out of the glove department, it took him 3 minutes to find it. Then his girlfriend was in the back trying to look les supocious by starting a converstation on crime downtown, while he was looking for the registration. After he seen that I was 25, he let me go. We were all scared shitless, that would of been contributing to minors ;(

me and friends been streetracing once... one dude had full beg of weed on him and we got pulled over by a cop... so that guy puts it under the seat... they started searching the car, so i was sure they would find it... but luck was on our side... cop issuied some bullshit ticket for car mods and that's it... so we were lucky that day
