I believe someone said that the hun's total yearly revenue is over 7.5 mil USD.

However, I doubt that he would even sell it for anything less of 5 years income.

Ok now that that's out of the way. The top 20 spots are sold, and they're always sold out, so it's really simple.
Price of each spot + price of each banner that's in rotation (They're always sold out as well)

That would be a "rough" estimate but he's bringing in more than most of you pea brains can fathom.

You can calculate the value of a website, check google if you want to do it.
Amount of traffic + income over a certain period of time will give you an idea of the value of any site. It's easy to calculate the value of thehun since you know the prices for paid listings, banners and his amount of traffic.

On the other hand why would he sell, I wouldn't.
