Cops have GOD complex's. Luckily a neighbor caught all the action on tape.
The cop must have shit his pants when he head they had video. He was probaly going to rely on the My Word vs the spanish guys word. |

all that yelling at the end the cop did like "you try and attack me blah blah blah"
he was doing to cover himself, in case of witnesses.... the retard didn't take into consideration someone might be recording.. the cop was probably just so pissed off from the car chase that he capped the spanish guy.
