who else is sick? is there somethin goin around?
sore throat & stuffy nose and fatigued. fuckin blows. gonna try to do some work online today, but im not feelin very motovated.

On a serious not: drink a lot of water (water therapy), take ascorbic acid (vitamin c), rest well and eat citrus foods.
