The 2am workout crowd is weird.
I get energy spurts in the middle of the night so I go to work out at very strange hours. I find the early morning crowd is even weirder than the evening crowd.
Anyone ever notice that before? |

Better then at my gym there is some fucking lady with torretts there and it seems like she is there all day long. All she does is fucking scream and yell the entire time and say all kinds of shit. Is kind of funny when she sees a black person and yells the n bomb.

Its horrible because she says all kinds of crap if you walk in front of her. And with black people she starts screaming like a little girl and then yells the n bomb so you can hear it all over the gym several times lol.

I cant remember who it was...but it was some T.O/Carl Everett type who has been a real headache...
Whoever it was...I read they liked to go drive around at like 2am and pick up crack heads off the street , bring them to his personal gym...and have them spot for him. He said they made his workouts more intense |

Probably alot less people working out at 2am, just gotta put up with the nuts. When I went to a gym I usually worked out after lunch to early evening.

people in there at 2 am are either too embarassed to go during normal hours, or on their 4th dose of deca for the day and running on overdrive.

That became my schedule when I started getting into tech work just because of the typical hours I've had to keep.
The crowd got kind of wierd though, so I invested in a nice setup for my house. Olympic bench and free weight set up.
