                          Here in Europe especially Sweden there is not so much need to permission. For example .... the media can take a photo of you coming out of a porno shop and state - you are a pervert in the front headlines and there is nothing you can do.

                          While in the US .... yes .... agreements between the provider of the content and the person taking has to be in place....

                          But doesn't this mean that all porno stars and erotic models all FAKE it..... and in Sweden we just do it coz we want to ????

                                  um as far as I know as long as you dont actively monitor or produce the user submitted content you arent liable under 2257... falls under the same classification as something like a search engine and is why people like google arent responsible for 2257 records for their search results.
