Thomas one of my old team members was doing research into color one time and came across a company who designed slot machines and they had on their site some articles on the psychology of color.
Orange, red and green is used most often because of it drives people to spend money on the machines. |

I like the color orange. It reminds me of sunsets and the beach. It looks great with a tan too.

That is the reason why most fastfoods are colored orange, red or yellow... It gives us the perception that the food is very delicious.Then the brain signals tell us that we are hungry. The next thing we know, we have already purchased a BigMac burger.
