After 13 years and I hear him walking up the stairs I still get butterflies, like Raven said far from perfect, but have learned to let the little things go, choose not to fight about insignificant things, we respect each other and each others space, I love him to bits and he can't live without me from what he says....now if I can only get him to pick up his sweaty socks from the living room floor....LOL

Love is holding the other person accountable when they try and pull their bullshit... Love is choosing to get over your own bullshit that gets in the way of the relationship.... Love is choosing to fuck even when there are problems instead of not having sex because things aren't "perfect"... Love is about being there for each other in the tough times, even when it isn't easy... Love is about celebrating the small successes...
