The most "valuable" things I have seen people do, they did because they wanted to, or because they had responded to the "special inspiration" of the moment. Even if money changed hands, everyone who watched it happen knew it wasn't about that. It's business, so sometimes, a gestural compensation is needed to preserve protocols and keep things hummin' --
