GoGoVideo has been working for me. The Lesbian site also, I think it's called Licka Licka.

They have a huge selection of advertisements which is great. Their stats are fucking great also. I wish everyone had similar stats.

They have a few teen sites that get some interest but I like the ethnic sites... Young Latina, Ebony Cafe and Asian nudes. With regards to conversions it all depends on where your traffic is coming from so it varies.... but worth a shot

I forgot to mention about gamma that they always pay on time, never had any problem with them. They are based in Canada; they have their own webmaster board; also a mailer program (teen and asian - 45 cents per confirmed), POTD, they also pay for their own dialer type payment, so not just for credit card, they also have a Viagra sale program (plus other medicines).

Gamma cash, is one of the most reliable sponsors out there. I used them 3 years ago when they had per click and did pretty well. (Paid Like Clockwork) I dropped them after finding out they changed to per signup and never used them since. They convert well for some people. I use to see people use Gamma everywhere.
