    I NEED a good night's sleep!

Since surgery in early December, I have not slept the entire night through. I go to sleep fine but I don't stay asleep.

I do not want to take drugs...and I don't drink warm milk..

    Suggestions?

tell us what you do in a regular day. Do you eat healthy? Do you work out? Do you get enough fresh air?

Maybe try a new mattress. One of those nice pillow top ones.

Forgot to add that I already work out six days a week, with resistance, weight, and cardio.

Seriously chamomile tea or valeriana pills should help you.

They are natural products and won't hook you up.

Drunk is not part of my fitness program. Trainer gets very cranky when I drink.

                I have a wonderful mattress...and a great sex life.....

There is no fresh air ...it rains every day here. Sigh.

Think about why you wake up - is it discomfort or something else?

melatonin is found natural in your body. if you take one of the natural melatonin pills, it just raises your level and makes you get sleepy. It's like eating too much turkey.

I just wake up. I dream about business....and wake up. Some nights, there are no remembered dreams..no stress....I just frickin' wake up..and it's so damned early....

I'll try melatonin....I think it comes in tea form, too..maybe that will help.

I've even tried eating turkey before going to bed.....

Melatonin works better than sleeping pills. It will put you on your back quick!
